WordPress Booking Plugins with a Lifetime Licence (2026 Prices)

Every WordPress booking plugin that sells a lifetime licence, with real prices and how long each takes to pay for itself.

Booking plugins with a lifetime licence: Pay once: real prices and break-even years.

Quick answer

The cheapest lifetime licence for a full-featured WordPress booking plugin is Quill Booking, our own, at $109 for every Pro feature. Bookly Pro costs $129 (payments need the $149 Business licence), LatePoint and FluentBooking $249, and Amelia Standard and DoubleScale $299. Most pay for themselves in about three years.

Booking plugins are tools you use every day for years, so a one-time payment can save real money. But lifetime prices vary from about $100 to $500, some lifetime licences only include part of the features, and a lifetime deal is only worth it if the plugin keeps being updated.

Disclosure: Quill Booking is our plugin, so we put it first. DoubleScale is a sister product from the same team. We list the same facts for every product, including what each one does not do well, so you can make your own call.

A lifetime licence is worth it if you expect to use the plugin for three years or more and trust the vendor to keep updating it. Check the update history on WordPress.org before you buy: a lifetime licence is only valuable if updates keep coming.

No lifetime option

Simply Schedule Appointments, WooCommerce Bookings and Salon Booking System sell yearly plans only. Booking Calendar sells one-time licences from $79, but they include just six months of updates (Booking Calendar prices).

How we chose

We checked every product’s own pricing and feature pages and its WordPress.org listing, then judged it on what matters most for this use:

  1. Lifetime price for one site at regular list price.
  2. Which features the lifetime licence includes.
  3. Update history on WordPress.org.
  4. Break-even point compared with paying yearly.
