License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use QuillBooking on websites you own or manage
• Receive QuillBooking updates and support during your subscription period
• Use QuillBooking for its intended booking and calendar functionality

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense QuillBooking
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify QuillBooking source code
• Remove or alter QuillBooking copyright notices or branding
• Use QuillBooking for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your QuillBooking license with unauthorized parties

Subscription and Payment Terms

• QuillBooking subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• QuillBooking price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• All QuillBooking fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Late payments may result in QuillBooking service suspension

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use QuillBooking only for lawful booking and scheduling purposes
• Maintain the security of your WordPress installation
• Not use the plugin to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of end users

Prohibited Uses

• Using QuillBooking for illegal activities or violation of laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content through QuillBooking
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities using QuillBooking
• Interfering with QuillBooking security or functionality
• Using QuillBooking to violate intellectual property rights

Support and Updates

• QuillBooking support provided during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM GMT)
• QuillBooking updates included during active subscription
• Legacy QuillBooking version support for 12 months after major releases
• No guaranteed response time, but we aim for 24-48 hours for QuillBooking support

Data and Backups

• You are responsible for backing up your QuillBooking data
• We recommend regular WordPress and database backups when using QuillBooking
• QuillX LTD is not liable for QuillBooking data loss
• QuillBooking data remains on your server under your control

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability for QuillBooking is limited to the amount paid for the plugin
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from QuillBooking use
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free QuillBooking operation
• You use QuillBooking at your own risk

Warranty Disclaimer

QuillBooking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding QuillBooking.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify QuillX LTD against claims arising from:

• Your use of QuillBooking
• Violation of these QuillBooking terms
• Infringement of third-party rights through QuillBooking use
• Your QuillBooking data or content

Termination

We may terminate your QuillBooking license if you:

• Violate these QuillBooking terms
• Fail to pay QuillBooking subscription fees
• Use QuillBooking for prohibited purposes
• Engage in fraudulent activity related to QuillBooking

Upon termination:

• Your license to use QuillBooking ends immediately
• You must cease all QuillBooking use and may delete the plugin
• Certain provisions survive termination (payment obligations, limitations of liability)

Updates to Terms

• We may update these QuillBooking terms with 30 days' notice
• Continued use of QuillBooking after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be highlighted in QuillBooking update notifications

Governing Law

These QuillBooking terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Severability

Entire Agreement

These QuillBooking terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuillX LTD regarding QuillBooking.
